The Hall of Hits Events & Collectibles

Overview

At The Hall of Hits Events & Collectibles, all vendor ticket purchases are considered final sale. By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Vendor Ticket Sales – Final & Non-Refundable

All vendor table purchases, sponsorships, and related event tickets are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable (unless approved in writing by event management)
  • Final sale once payment is completed

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of plans
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel issues
  • Personal circumstances
  • No-shows on the day of the event

Event Changes or Cancellation

In the rare event that The Hall of Hits Events & Collectibles must:

Reschedule an Event

  • Your vendor ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date

Cancel an Event

  • Vendors may receive:
    • A credit toward a future event, or
    • A partial or full refund, at the discretion of event organizers

Vendor Responsibility

By purchasing a vendor ticket, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for attending and participating on the scheduled event date
  • You understand the nature of live events and potential unforeseen changes
  • You accept all terms of this no-refund policy

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Technical issues caused directly by our payment system

All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
